4th Village Pig Slaughtering and Sausage Stuffing Competition 03.02.2024

A real village pig slaughter, where you can taste fresh farmhouse bread and marinated chops accompanied by morning brandy and spicy mulled wine, or, if you are really daring, you can even catch the pig’s ear softened during the roasting process! You can also take part in the pig processing: sausage and liver sausage seasoning, stuffing, and in the late afternoon, a real pig’s dinner awaits the hard-working workers.
