From 17 to 19 July, Sziksósfürdő will once again host the International Truck and Motorbike Meet, which is now in its 36th year and welcomes fans of lorries, motorbikes and American muscle cars. One of the legendary highlights of this multi-day event is the Friday evening truck and motorbike parade, when hundreds of vehicles wind their way through the streets of Szeged. Year after year, the meet attracts thousands of visitors from Hungary and neighbouring countries. Over the weekend, the programme also includes off-road truck skill competitions, a motorbike beauty contest, spectacular truck and motorbike washes, competitions for children and adults, a raffle, as well as evening concerts and discos. Exhibitors, catering outlets and a campsite will also be on hand to welcome visitors, meaning the event offers a full day’s entertainment not only for vehicle enthusiasts but also for families.
