Szeged Open-air Festival

Every year, nearly seventy thousand people can enjoy theatrical performances and concerts imbued with the magical atmosphere of Dóm Square. All genres are represented in the repertoire: there will be opera, operetta, comedy, musical, folk dance, contemporary dance and prose, so everyone can find a performance that suits their taste. Without attempting to be exhaustive, here is some sample of this year's offer: Menopause, News-monger (comedy), Elisabeth, Chicago (musical), The Magic Flute (opera). Many concerts are also held during the summer (Palya Bea, Al Di Meola, Kispál és Lovasi, Demjén, Zorán.)
