A special festival in a decommissioned thermal power plant: music and light installations in a 21st-century guise.
From 31 August to 3 September, a special audiovisual festival will take place in Várpalota, welcoming not only fans of the underground, but also lovers of visual effects. Foreign performers will also include the British Daniel Avery, the Anglo-German Lebanon Hanover and Caterina Barbieri. The Hungarian scene will be represented by Balázs Zséger and Kati Katona, among others. In addition to musical performances, there will be light installations and contemporary visual art, as well as professional dialogues on the possible convergence of the arts and creative industries.
