On 5–6 September, the Middle Ages will once again come to life at Csókakő Castle, where knights, traditionalists and craftspeople will take over the centuries-old walls for two days. Situated on the edge of the Vértes Mountains, the castle offers a true journey back in time: visitors can experience the atmosphere of medieval life up close, whilst spectacular demonstrations and family-friendly activities take place one after another in the castle courtyard. Throughout the weekend, visitors can look forward to jousting tournaments, weapon demonstrations, archery and falconry displays, period camps, a craft fair and children’s activities. The castle courtyard will be filled with period costumes, the clang of hammers from the blacksmith’s workshops and the sounds of medieval music, whilst the panoramic view from the castle walls makes the experience even more special.
