Gödöllő Royal Castle Exhibition

Until 9 February 2025, the Royal Castle in Gödöllő will host a unique temporary exhibition of film and stage adaptations of Queen Elizabeth’s life. The exhibition offers a glimpse into a special private collection of film and musical posters, programmes and autograph cards that bring the legendary figure of Sissi to life. A special feature of the exhibition is the display of original film and stage costumes, including the fancy dress of the iconic musical Elisabeth. It is a truly unique way to discover how Sissi became a real star of history, the subject of films, books and stage performances for decades.
