Debrecen Flower Carnival 2024

The Debrecen Flower Carnival is the highlight event of the year, held almost every year since its debut in 1966, in honour of the founding of the state. The internationally renowned event is usually a series of events in several parts of the city, complete with concerts, plays, exhibitions, dance performances, but the most spectacular part is when a colourful procession of vehicles decorated with giant floral arrangements parades through the city, accompanied by Hungarian and foreign art ensembles, majorette groups, flag-waving bands and brass bands.
