Őrtorony-kilátó

The lookout tower, reminiscent of former Roman watchtowers, stands in the middle of the Tihany Peninsula, on the summit of the approximately 216-meter high Apáti Hill. It is interesting that organic materials were used for its construction, including local natural stone and wood. From the highest level of the tower, you can see almost the whole of Lake Balaton, you can see the towns on the southern coast, and the pristine lavender field that lies before our feet.
