The Pentecost grove, one of the largest contiguous public parks in Tihany, is integrally connected to the Benedictine Abbey of Tihany, and due to its topography, it offers an unparalleled view of both Lake Balaton and the inner lake. Thanks to its renovation, the park's functions have expanded: it can be enjoyed as a walking and event space, as well as a relaxation garden. In the language monument labyrinth located in the heart of the grove, you can discover what is common between peoples speaking different languages, and you can experience the community-building power of words. All this in a cultural heritage site to which the oldest Hungarian word-preserving monument, the founding charter of the abbey, is attached!
