Veszprémi Állatkert

The ZOO is a short walk from the centre of Veszprém and is home to a variety of reptiles, birds, amphibians, insects and mammals. The Dino Park, open from spring to autumn, is a favourite with children, as is the Africa Savannah playground and the Kids’ Jungle Playhouse and terrarium. The ZOO organises week-long day camps for primary school children every summer, and a range of zoo pedagogical services are also available for schools and kindergartens. There is also a gift shop on site.
