The preparations for Christmas in Szeged will arrive again on 29 November to dress the town in festive decorations! This year's Advent programme series will take place on Dóm Square, Dugonics Square and Klauzál Square, with a magical Christmas fair and programmes until Christmas Eve. Building on decades of tradition, the Christmas Weeks in Szeged is not just a fair, but a community experience, where musical and cultural programmes are added to the holiday season on weekends. Looking among the products of artisans and local producers, you can find unique Christmas gifts, while the usual Christmas flavours and aromas - mulled wine, roasted chestnuts, chimney cakes - put you in a genuine festive mood.
