Boldva, less than 15 kilometres from Miskolc, is hosting the 10th edition of the "aludttej" festival.
Of course, the main attraction isn't the milk this year either, rather the gastronomy and the culture. The organisers are inviting amateurs to take part in an outdoor cooking competition, either individually or in a team of two. In addition to the delicious flavours, there will be a wide range of culinary specialities and concerts .
