The Fata family has owned the estate in Badacsonytomaj since 1927. Today, they mainly have white grapes, but vintners Samu Márkó and József Kun-Szabó also produce “cabernet sauvignon” and “zweigelt” varieties to bring out the finest flavours. The cellar, open all year round, offers wine tastings with wine tasting snacks, and you can also buy the wines of the winery in its wine shop. If you are looking for a more serious gastronomic experience, the “Borbarátok” (Wine Friends) restaurant next to the cellar is the place to go. The guest houses on the estate are ideal for relaxation.
