As many houses, as many lecsos: among other things, we celebrate this on September 21 in Esztergom, where anyone can show off their own recipe at the cooking competition.
On September 21, the main square of Esztergom will again be filled with life and a cavalcade smelling of lecsó. The lecsó-cooking competition gives many people the opportunity to show off their own, unique recipe, competing for the titles Lecsókirály and Lecsókirályné. The venue, music and entertainment programs are provided by the organizers, but each competitor takes care of the ingredients themselves.
