Bistro kitchen at the gate of the Balkans – that is, in Pécs – where you can taste the most delicious ćevapi in the region (which is made based on homemade recipes, with homemade sauces, on a charcoal grill). Studying the menu we might make an imaginary journey from Istanbul to Ljubljana – the former (gastro)photographer restaurant owner Tamás Wéber tries to present the culinary diversity and love of food and life of this multicultural region. The neat design does not divert attention from the nicely served, delicious dishes. In case of good weather it’s worth sitting in the inner courtyard.
