If you visit Attila Sándor Buzás’ workshop in Magyarszombatfa, you will find many delicious food items. They make different types of goat cheese (for example mouldy cheese, plain cheese, spicy cheese and cheese with garlic), cow cheese made from the milk of Hungarian multicoloured cattle, but you can get some red and white wine here, and even organic jam made from typical apple varieties grown in Őrség. Book an appointment in advance and they will be happy to serve you tea or dinner with smoked cheese, roast meat from Mangalitsa or goad kid. Since Sándor’s farm is home to many goats, when you have completed your culinary adventure or even before it, you can visit the kid petting pen.
